- Features - What is Included? - Parking, Toilets & WiFi. If you require a landline phone number, the cheapest option is normally to purchase a virtual number and get it diverted to a mobile. Alternatively, our units can easily be wired with a phone line too, you can contact a provider such as BT or TalkTalk if you would prefer to have your own dedicated phone number and broadband connection.
- Pricing Transparency - No Long Term Rental/Lease Agreements. We try to make it as easy as possible for you to understand our prices, therefore we have made a table below. The prices below include building insurance, business rates, water rates, service charges and alarm systems, however, contents insurance is not included.
- VAT is included in the prices below. If you are VAT registered, there is a saving to be made.
- Safety, Security & Access - Our space features 7am to 10pm access and has state of the art access control systems in place. We've made it as secure as we can so you can work in your space when you want to and feel safe. All units for hire are individually alarmed as standard.
- Location - We're easy to find and are located right next to the "The Brick Community Stadium" (formerly DW Stadium). We are walking distance to the Robin Retail Park (2 minutes) and around 5 to 10 minutes from junction 26 of the M6.
- Ready To Rent A Workspace? - We keep the process simple, with no lengthy commercial lease or solicitor required. You just need to agree to our licence terms and provide two forms of ID, including one form of photo ID. Once everything is in place, you can move in and start using your space without the delays and complications that often come with a traditional commercial property.

Terms – Our standard office rental terms are, a 2 month refundable deposit is required, the minimum amount of time you can take office space rental for is 6 months and the notice required when you wish to vacate is 2 months.
