You’ll need to upload two forms of ID: one photo ID (such as a driving licence or passport) and one proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement). A 4 week refundable deposit is also required which will be automatically calculated on the form. You can pay either weekly or monthly in advance. If you have signed up to a minimum 13 or 26 weeks contract, we do not ask you to pay for it all in advance.

Unlike some older mill conversions in the Hyndburn area, our facility was purpose-built for modern commercial use and provides a clean, secure environment for storing your belongings.

Very easy. Our facility has been designed with wide corridors and spacious loading bays so you can move large or bulky items without hassle. We also provide trolleys and pallet trucks free of charge, making the process smooth.

Yes. Your storage price is guaranteed not to increase for at least 12 months, and we’re completely upfront about our rates — you can see them clearly in our pricing table. There are no hidden charges, and any additional costs that may apply are clearly explained before you sign up.
We offer an optional Goods Protection Plan from £0.70 per £1,000 of declared value per week. For example, if your Goods have a full new replacement value of £5,000, the plan would cost £3.50 per week. The value declared should reflect the full new replacement value of your Goods and can be updated if the value of your Goods changes while in storage.
You can also arrange your own suitable insurance if you prefer. If using your own insurance, you should check with your insurer that your Goods are covered while in self storage and for their full replacement value. We may ask you to provide evidence of cover.

Yes. Our minimum stay is just 4 weeks, and there’s no maximum — you’re welcome to store with us for as long as you need.
